We, the EYEMAX SYSTEMS firm, are a group that deals in Security and Surveillance systems which are applicable to both commercial as well as residential applications. It has been nine years since we entered into this line and as a result, command a vast Client Base that automatically converts into deep understanding and experience of the various systems we work on. Some of our major clients include Embassies, Government Entities, Hospitals and Research Institutes, Corporate Institutions, Schools and Factories/Production houses.
Our main intention here is to inform you about the various systems that we deal in, and to help you understand them easily and thoroughly so that you would be able to confidently decide which system would suit your/End Customers’ requirement. Given below are details of the various systems, most of which have become more of a necessity than a luxury in these critical times.

CLOSED CIRCUIT TELEVISION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM (CCTV)
The CCTV Surveillance System is used mainly in commercial premises like factories, offices, Showrooms, Hospitals and Call-centres mainly to keep an eye on the happenings in the premises. Important areas of surveillance could be Entry/Exit points, Sensitive areas and equipment, Employee behaviour and performance, checking pilferage and shoplifting and Controlling operations on the work floor remotely. The basic system consists of nothing more than cameras and monitors.
Recent Addition to these systems are the IP (Internet Protocol) Based Cameras, whose main advantage is that they can be controlled from a remote location (connected by Broadband Internet) through a normal computer keyboard.
DIGITAL VIDEO RECORDER (DVR) CARD
Up to 16no. of cameras can be viewed as well as recorded simultaneously through a Digital Video Recorder Card (DVR Card) installed on a computer. The DVR card has a recording capacity corresponding to the configuration of the computer. For example, a P-4 computer with 80GB would be able to record events of 4no. of cameras for 4 days. It is installed inside the CPU unit of the computer. The happenings are seen in close to real-time speed (25 frames/second) while the recorded events, when viewed, appear a little bit slower (20 frames/sec). Recommended Configuration of Client Computer would be P-IV, 256MB RAM, 128MB AGP Card, 120GB Hard Disk with Win' 98.
WIRELESS CCTV CAMERA SOLUTIONS (IP Based)
For Wireless Camera solutions (where lying of Camera video cable seems impractical or non-feasible), we have Wireless IP Speed Dome Cameras with Pan/Tilt/Zoom capability, which are entirely controllable across the Internet on the keys of a simple computer keyboard. All that is required from Client Party is provision of Broadband Connection along with Static IP Address.
INTRUDER ALARM SECURITY SYSTEM
The above mentioned system, when installed in a premises, allows the user to be aware of the presence of an intruder or burglar in his or her premises. Sensors are installed on various entry points like windows and doors and are connected to a main control panel. On activating the panel, the siren is ready to blow whenever a forced entry by an intruder is made. There is also an Auto-Dialer option whereby automatic dialing of fed-in telephone nos. occurs and a pre-recorded message is played out.

ACCESS CONTROL SYSTEM / TIME ATTENDANCE SYSTEM
The Access Control System is mainly applicable to commercial premises such as Hotels, Call-centers and other premises where there is a need to restrict entry of employees to certain sensitive areas. Employees are handed cards (Proximity based) which are scrutinised by a Proximity Reader installed on the entry door, and then accordingly allowed to enter. An Electromagnetic Lock is installed on the door to act as the locking device. Personnel have to use a push-button in order to make an Exit through the same door. The locking device automatically opens/unlocks in case of a power breakdown. There is also the option of a battery back-up. The system is proving to be a crucial precautionary measure in these modern times.
The Access Control System, when connected online, becomes The Time Attendance System as entry and exit times of personnel are recorded for future verification. The system does away with having to maintain cumbersome registers for keeping above details.
For multiple applications such as Canteen Management and Library Management and Vehicle Tracking Systems, the Smart Card based systems are used.
BIOMETRICS is another aspect of the Access Control System whereby anatomical parts of the human body like fingerprints and eye retina are used for identification and verification of the personnel. The main advantage of this version is it does not require personnel to carry cards or tags in order to gain entry to a premise and it does away with Proxy/Buddy-Attendance tendencies as well.
CONCERTINA FENCING
Concertina Fencing is a particular type of barbed-wire fencing done in a tightly helical-circular mode along the perimeter top of the premises border in such a way that it leaves no space at all for any intruder to break through into the premises.

AUDIO DOOR PHONE SYSTEM
The Audio Door Phone System, a two-way audio communication system, is installed in residences so as to allow the client to interact with a total stranger outside his residence without having to expose himself to a vulnerable situation, like having to open the main door in order to verify the outsider. It is most beneficial for ladies and young children who are all by themselves during the day and have to undertake such potentially dangerous tasks upon themselves.

VIDEO DOOR PHONE SYSTEM
The Video Door Phone System works just like the Audio Door Phone System, but in addition has the advantage of visual verification / identification along with audio communication, because of the presence of a camera, thus increasing the risk-free factor. Both the systems have an optional factor of being able to remotely operate a locking system installed on the main door/gate, thus giving the client an element of luxury along with the main purpose of safety. Also, there is a Recording option whereby up to 64no snaps of the outsider can be recorded on to the system for future verification.
